How Priorbase works, on one page, and a person to write to.

How Priorbase works

1. Bring in the prior study

Drop the signed report and the tool's export. Every value is read with the page it came from; what could not be read surely is set aside for a look, never guessed. A certificate says what was read and what was not.

2. Carry it forward

Each scenario of the last revision gets a home in this one: carried as written, changed with a reason, or retired with a reason. The plant's changes are tied to the scenarios they touch, or said not to be this study's.

3. Recommendations

Each one carries the plant's decision, an owner and a date. The report says what was raised, closed and left open.

4. Sign off and approve

Seven counts must be at zero. The lead signs with a fresh code; the plant's approvers read what changed on their phones and approve, decline with a reason, or hand on.

5. The record

Every change is an entry in the workspace's record, chained and timestamped. Anyone can check a signed report at priorbase.io/verify or with the open verifier.
